4. App infrastructure

The server-side processing of the Estimation Objet app is carried out by functions hosted on Google Cloud and Firebase infrastructure (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), in the europe-west1 (Belgium) region. The associated database is located in the Europe multi-region. The analysis model runs on Vertex AI, European Union endpoint.

The photographs submitted for analysis are not kept: they are processed and then destroyed. The inventory, records and photos remain stored on the user's device. The detail of the processing, of the processors and of the retention periods is set out in the privacy policy.

5. Mobile app

The Estimation Objet app (identifier com.devolim.estimationobjet) is published by BAUGEY MATHEO and distributed through the App Store (Apple) and the Google Play Store (Google). The publisher is solely responsible for the content and operation of the app; the distribution platforms act as technical intermediaries and are neither publishers nor parties to the terms of use.

6. Intellectual property

All elements of this website and of the app (texts, interface, visual identity, illustrations, code, as well as the character Filou and the name Estimation Objet) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited and would constitute infringement under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Trade marks, company names and the names of manufacturers or artists mentioned remain the property of their respective owners and are cited solely to identify and compare objects.

8. Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tracking. Fonts are served from our own servers: no request is made to a third party when you visit. No consent banner is therefore needed.
